How quickly do I get the photos?

Usually within 24 hours of the shoot.

How many photos does a listing need?

It depends on the size of the home. Most shoots deliver 15 to 30 photos. There's more detail in our guide to Rightmove and Zoopla photo specs.

Can you shoot drone and video on the same visit?

Yes. Add aerial shots or a video tour to the booking and it's all done in one trip.

What does the vendor need to do before the shoot?

Tidy, clear the surfaces, open the curtains and switch the lights on. Our photoshoot preparedness guide has the full list to send them.

We keep the copyright, and you get a licence to use the photos to market that property: Rightmove, Zoopla, your website, brochures, window cards and social posts, for as long as it's on the market with you. You can keep them in your "sold" portfolio afterwards. Need them for anything else, like paid ads, a developer's brochure or the vendor's own use? Just ask. Central London sits under restricted airspace, there are flight restriction zones around Heathrow, London City and the heliport, and the Royal Parks ban drones outright. Before we quote, we check your postcode, apply for any permission it needs and book the flight around it. You don't touch any of it.

How much does drone photography and videography cost in London?

It depends on the site, any permission it needs and what you want delivered, so every job gets a fixed quote after a free airspace check. Send the postcode and you'll have a price the same working day. Adding aerials to a property shoot you're already booking costs less than a standalone flight.

Can you fly in central London?

Usually, with permission. Central London is restricted airspace, so we apply to air traffic control before the shoot. A few places, like the Royal Parks, are off-limits, and you'll know that before you book.

Can you film a live construction site?

Yes. We work to your site rules, do the induction, and agree take-off points and timings with the site manager. For progress work we fly the same positions each visit so the images compare.

Do you do roof surveys, mapping or thermal imaging?

No. We shoot photos and film. We can photograph a roof or facade so you can see its condition, but that's not a survey or a report. For measurements, 3D mapping or thermal work, use a specialist survey firm, and we're happy to point you to one.

Can you shoot aerials on the same visit as photos or video?

Yes, and that's how most property clients book it. One visit covers interiors, exteriors, floor plan and drone, delivered together.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. We're a CAA-registered operator with public liability insurance, and every flight is planned and risk-assessed before we arrive. If your site or client needs paperwork, we'll send our registration, insurance certificate and RAMS with the booking.
