How much does a floor plan cost?
It's included with every property photography shoot, and those start at £125. Send the address and we'll confirm the price the same working day.
How accurate are the measurements?
Every room is measured on site and the plan is drawn to scale. Like every marketing floor plan, the figures are approximate and for guidance only, and the plan says so.
Is it the same as a measured survey?
No. It's a marketing plan for listings and brochures. For planning applications or building work you need a measured building survey from a surveyor.
What format will I get it in?
Whatever you need: image files for the portals, a PDF for brochures and print, or another format if your system asks for one.
How quickly will I get it?
Within 24 hours of the shoot, together with your photos.
