IN SHORT

Prime property, photographed the way it feels in person.

We photograph prime and luxury property across London and the Home Counties: period townhouses, lateral apartments, penthouses and landmark buildings. Every shot is taken from a tripod, blended from several exposures and retouched by hand, so the architecture stays straight and each room keeps its true light and colour.

AT THE TOP OF THE MARKET

Buyers notice the detail. So do we.

01

Composed, not snapped

Every frame is shot from a tripod at the right height, with straight verticals and clean lines through each room.

02

True-to-life light

Exposures are blended by hand, so windows keep their views and rooms keep their true colours. No harsh flash, no blown-out windows.

03

Detail that sells the craft

Cornicing, joinery, stonework and fabrics get frames of their own, not just the wide shots.

04

Discreet on the day

We work room by room around owners, staff and tenants, and leave every space as we found it.

THE FULL PICTURE

More than the rooms.

At this level, buyers are paying for the plot, the street and the postcode as much as the floor plan. Add any of these to your shoot and we’ll capture them on the same day.

Aerial view over Hampstead towards the City skyline, with a pond and parkland
Tree-lined residential street in summer, seen from above
Entrance hall with library, chandelier and red-carpeted staircase

Aerial & drone

Show off the plot, the garden and the views across London, wherever airspace rules allow.

Location & lifestyle

The tree-lined street, the river, the park and the high street: the neighbourhood that buyers are paying for.

Film walkthrough

A colour-graded, stabilised tour with drone footage, edited for the listing, social media and private viewings.

Also available: measured floor plans, drawn to match the brochure.

HOW A PRIME SHOOT WORKS

Planned before we arrive.

01

Brief

Tell us about the property, the buyer and the launch date, and we’ll agree a shot list together.

02

Prep

Before the day, we agree timings, access and the order of rooms with you or the vendor.

03

Shoot

One photographer, never rushed. Larger homes can be split across two visits to make the most of the light.

04

Delivery

Print-resolution and web-sized files, delivered within 24–48 hours to a shared gallery for your team.

YOUR QUOTE

Quoted to the property, not the postcode.

Every prime home is different. Send us the floor plan or listing and we’ll get back to you with a fixed quote the same day.

Every prime shoot includes

—  Pre-shoot call and agreed shot list

—  Hand-blended and retouched images

—  Detail and lifestyle shots alongside the wide angles

—  Print-resolution files plus web-sized copies

SAME-DAY ADD-ONS

Drone photography, a film walkthrough and a floor plan can all be added to the same visit.

QUESTIONS

Before you book

What counts as a prime shoot?

Any home or building where the photography carries the brochure: period townhouses, lateral apartments, penthouses, country houses and landmark offices. Not sure? Send us the listing and we’ll advise.

Can you shoot while the owners are at home?

Yes. We plan our route through the house with you and work around the household, room by room.

How long does a shoot take?

From 1–2 hours for a flat or smaller house to 3–6 hours for a large house. We’ll confirm timings once we’ve seen the floor plan.

Do you work outside London?

Yes, we cover the Home Counties too. For anywhere further afield, just ask.

How can we use the images?

The images are licensed to you for marketing that property only, online and in print. Copyright stays with us, so any other use needs our OK first.
