How much does property photography cost in London?
Shoots start at £125, with a floor plan included. The final price depends on the size of the property and any add-ons like drone or video. Send the address and we'll confirm a fixed price.
How quickly do I get the photos?
Usually within 24 hours of the shoot.

Yes, with every shoot.
How many photos does a listing need?
It depends on the size of the home. Most shoots deliver 15 to 30 photos. There's more detail in our guide to Rightmove and Zoopla photo specs.
Can you shoot drone and video on the same visit?
Yes. Add aerial shots or a video tour to the booking and it's all done in one trip.
What does the vendor need to do before the shoot?
Tidy, clear the surfaces, open the curtains and switch the lights on. Our photoshoot preparedness guide has the full list to send them.
Who owns the photos?
We keep the copyright, and you get a licence to use the photos to market that property: Rightmove, Zoopla, your website, brochures, window cards and social posts, for as long as it's on the market with you. You can keep them in your "sold" portfolio afterwards. Need them for anything else, like paid ads, a developer's brochure or the vendor's own use? Just ask.
