A new build where the finishes are the selling point. Marble, brass and stone shot true to colour, with a video tour on the same visit. Sold for a record price for the area.
Behind a bay-fronted Victorian frontage, the house is finished to new-build standard, and those finishes had to look exactly as they do in person. Marble, brass and stone shift colour easily on camera, so we shot and edited for accurate colour across the kitchen island, the marble bar and the bathroom stone.
The set runs from the front reception and fireplace through the open-plan kitchen and living space under the skylights, to the family room, the garden, the main and second bedrooms and the loft bedroom with its skylight. The video tour was filmed on the same visit, so Lampards had photos and video from one booking.
