East Finchley

A glass-roofed garden room opening onto a long deck, shot so the two read as one space. Gone within a week of listing.

The garden room is glazed on the roof and sides and opens onto a long deck, so we shot it to read as one space with the terrace and garden beyond rather than as a separate conservatory. The view from the dining room through into the garden room ties the two together.

We also photographed the planted front garden and the side entrance with its blue door, the hallway and the glass-balustrade staircase, the living room and kitchen with their garden outlook, the rear lawn, a double bedroom and the shower room. Twelve images taking buyers from the street to the end of the garden.
