A full refurbishment, shot so every new finish reads on the portals. Vertical video tour filmed on the same visit.
A family house refurbished throughout, with herringbone floors, black steel-framed glazing and a rear extension under roof lights. We shot the kitchen with its marble island and dark units, the long dining table and the garden doors in one run, so buyers can see the whole ground floor working together.
Outside, the set covers the planted front and the rear garden with its patio and lawn, plus the garden-facing room with a piano that shows how flexible the space is. The vertical video tour was filmed on the same visit, giving the agent photos and video for the listing from one booking.
