Bayswater

A two-bedroom flat in a portered block on Bayswater Road. A reception with built-in shelving opens through an arch to the dining area and kitchen, with a main bedroom and en-suite, a second bedroom and a shower room.

We photographed the reception from the window side and again through the arch, so buyers can see the route from the living space to the dining area and kitchen without guessing at the layout. The built-in shelving gets its own frame, as it is one of the features that sets the flat apart.

Outside, we shot the building front and the entrance, because the portered block is part of what buyers are paying for on Bayswater Road. The twelve images here cover every room, from the main bedroom and en-suite to the second bedroom and shower room, ready for the portals and the agent's brochure.
