A full glass back wall, skylights and a bright garden behind, blended so the garden stays green and the room stays bright. Viewings booked in the first week.
The rear extension was the room that would sell this Victorian terrace, so most of the work went there. The glass back wall and skylights flood it with light, which can wash out the garden in a photo. Blending exposures kept the planting and deck green outside and the kitchen and dining space bright and true inside.
We also covered the green shaker kitchen and island, the bay-windowed living room, both bedrooms and the two bathrooms, one in marble with a freestanding bath and one in green tiles. A floor plan was delivered with the photos.
